December 11, 2007.. Where has the month gone.. Yes, moving to Birmingham in January coming way to fast.. I have decide to stay in Florida for most of the time with our house until it sells. That could be years in this housing market. I'll just keep a sewing machine and fabric and keep quilting..
Hopeful the pics are of a boy baby quilt that I need to sandwich and quilt and my Christmas angel. I really think I want to make more of her.. She is about 20 by 18 inches. I need to do her in other colors.. Rocky the rooster is coming along slowly need to cut out all his tiny tail feathers. And I need to get the borders on the bow tie and quilt that too.. Also keep making more crazy quilt squares for another crazy quilt for my daughter.. I just sent her the Christmas alphabet quilt. going to go see the grand kids for Christmas, but staying in a residence inn so dogs and I have a place to escape too from the crowd.
Now to get to work on some packing and quilting.

Where is the time going? Yes, we are moving to Birmingham.. although I will stay here in Florida until our present house sells which maybe forever considering how the market is going.. Yes, we are working like crazy little bees doing house hold repairs that could have been done ages ago.. Who ever eventually buys the house will get a house that is well loved..
But, right now it is total mess and confusion.. Every room has been torn apart in someway.. Repainting all the walls .. new carpet.. paint the garage.. touch up paint out side.. Pressure clean the areas around the garage driveway.. Too much work..
Plus, I've gotten a sinus infection most likely from all the solvents and paints.. YUCK.. I do not feel very positive today.. But, yet I'm working on a quilting project called Rocky the Rooster as a gift for a friend who just lost her rooster that she has had for ages like years.. He was a beauty in life.. He watched over her hens well.. But was taken down by a flock of Buzzards.. Nasty but necessary birds to clean up the road kill.. But, wish they would have stayed out of the chicken pen.. Too funny..
Dogs are doing well... Chloe is going crazy chasing squirrels that are eating every acorn in sight.. French Fry just stays on the porch and barks at her.. Really a sight to see.. Cardinals are back.. Red tailed Hawk is flying around and saw two big owls.. Little screech owl is staying well hidden or has been taken out by the red tail.. We lost one momma deer Thanksgiving weekend.. Hit by a car on our street .. Stupid drivers go too fast in this little neighborhood.. Her fawn hasn't been seen either since then... Saw the 5 remaining deer on Thursday..
Need to take some pics today of quilt projects.. and projects my son wants to see..
